I think the right wingers' constant complaints of a liberal media are to distract people from this real issues, and to be able go for "plausable deniability" when some truth leaks out.


Surely no right winger would use plausible deniability as a tactic after the fuss they made when Clinton tried it! :)

I think you are mistaken for the most part. I think most conservatives honestly believe the media is liberally biased and treats them unfairly. You may argue that they are mistaken in this belief but right or wrong it is a very strong belief.
