Yeah, I'm not basing it on any real data, but my gut feeling is that it would be too presumptuous to assume that Monday will really be that great. Now having said that and again having no data to really support that idea, I could totally be wrong. Therefore, because I trust V's experience that is far superior to my own, I will stand ready. And Guardian you weren't butting in. I like as much help as I'm offered about this stuff. Thanks, hug

add on to previous post: if rate cut is not forthcoming as this article strongly suggests (see jdsu thread for reactions suggesting this is a broadcast warning to street to not expect cut), then i would expect muted rally, if any, to fizzle in advance of the fomc announcement. again IMHO.
