My understanding of the law is that the majority opinion is precedential, and the dissents aren't.

I haven't seen so many pissed off Democrats since Brown v. Board of Education. I grew up in the deep South before integration - I remember "Impeach Earl Warren" billboards everywhere. This isn't the first time the Court pissed people off and it won't be the last.

As for understanding that it's a bad legal decision, we can agree to disagree.
