Elmatador, that was a wireless deal. The landlord just shut the tenent down.(see his response) I feel sorry for those who are having their choices made for them and if they are allowed access the installation charges go up due to managment demanding conduits from the roof space equipment rooms to their server rooms(for cat5)..... Of course low rise industrial is no problem with non penetrating roof mounts that don't exceed coaxial lengths and the radio's can sit on the racks.
