Arthur, <<visit twice a week>> My first reaction to your comment was "one store does not a corporation make". However, on further reflection watching one to two stores in the past did reflect pretty well on the total Ames population of stores. There seems to be something systemic in Ames culture that pervades all the stores. Of course there must be some exceptions, but my experience finds the trend. IMO based on my wife's Ames store observations things at Ames are much better than the market suggests. BTW, just after I posted to you yesterday, I heard an Ames commercial running on TV.
