Decentralization of responsibility; empowerment to accomplish goals; pride in task; leadership through interpersonal skills; reduction of bean- counting; flexibility of rules to permit anticipation and solution of novel problems; et al. Yes, sounds like the better approach......

Thanks Gao for posting this: Deming ranks among my best lists for a wide range of reasons; if you like Deming, match what you know from him with the work of Ludwig Von Mises in the field of economics, start with Human Action. Together these will provide you a foundation for revolutionary thinking.

Your absolutely right, the left has nothing to offer accept hegemony and itellectual backsliding. They attribute themselves to be elitists, because they feel things better. their arguments appeal to lazy minds who would rather live comfortably on the back of a cliche, than follow the arduous path of real knowledge.

Demings theory of systems is totally in concert with my piece on national government, and the system by which it is sustained, please consider it if you have not done so already.
