Your response amounts to the fact that you don't have proof, you say that some people have said he was stupid. The page you link to is more about corruption then stupidity. Also the page amounts to accusations rather then evidence (let alone proof). If Bush is (or was) corrupt (which has not been proven) that would be a bad thing but would be irrelevant to the question at hand (which is his inteligence/stupidity).
