So I've been wondering.. How many of you guys/gals think the March levels of the Nasdung will *never* be reached again in our lifetimes?

Something so insane, so disgusting, so corrupt, and so financially devestating is not easily forgotten. At least until the next generation grows up without direct memory of the bubble bursting.

I think over the next few months, the number of lawsuits and SEC investigations will be astounding. I think it will culminate in the taking back of cash from high level brokerages and internut executives. As in, Jeff Bezos, hand over those 9 billion dollars of offshore derivative hedges you have sitting in your bank account. Mary Meeker, give us the keys to your rolls royce and summer home in the hamptons.

After the Tulip collapse in holland, a government commission retroactively declared null and void all transactions regarding the bulbs for the previous 2 years. Fortunes were forcibly taken from quite a few people. I don't see why that can't happen here in the US.. Our craze was a thousand times larger than theirs..
