Yummy, and it just so happens I cooked a ham today for our family's Birthday Party for December...I love a good ham and bean soup. If you cook a large enough ham, you'll have enough for ham soup and ham salad..a double, double, good day. Okay, now what did I do with that recipe? I did receive a recipe from a nurse when I went to the DR. this week. Here it is... I don't know what to call it so I'll call it Nurse's Cranberry Salad: 2 16 Oz, cans of Cranberry sauce 1 16 Oz. cans of crushed pineapples drained I large package of Cherry Jello just poured on top as a powder and mixed in. 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 1/2 cup celery, or apples... Mix together and that's it.
