another angle in rate cut versus no rate cut
Europe and USA have absorbed large bonds this past year
no, not large, rather "colossal"
gotta remember, Fed looks at risk of inflation first
then risk of economic slowdown
if Telecom Bonds go sour, we got a widespread tech failure putting the entire telecosm at risk
more reason for Fed to get with the program

but the Fed is only now realizing inflation to be tame
they REQUIRE evidence of economic slowdown
so far all we have seen is growth deceleration

warning: they cannot see more than 4 weeks forward

no rate cut tuesday, but possible easing bias
that would be received favorably
instead of a 2-day rally, maybe a 3-day rally

I still say Naz 2900 is the next wall
