You seem to be having trouble keeping up. Perhaps, when the smart people get here, they can help you.

Actually TG if you read the filings, you
are quite mistaken about beneficial ownership
and who owns the most shares.

Like I noted to you previously and recently,
GeneralSearch reverse merged into tsig after the r/s.
The PR stated that GS was "acquired" by tsig for
45 mil shares w/. 37 mil of those shares going to
management of GS effectively making GS officers owners...
and thus the "reverse merger".

Back when the reverse merger occurred I wrote
a summary of how this effected RG's share position
as noted in SEC filings RG (CEO) percent beneficial
ownership before acquisitions based on the shares
that were in the original acquisition arrangements
before the ENTIRE tech markets melted down

==========================================
As of 07/02/00 =

Rg's shares/ Shares OS

4,312,153 / 28,163,415 = 15.31 %

RG (CEO) percent beneficial ownership after
pending acquisitions as of ??/??/00 =

4,312,153 / 83,500,00 = 5.16 %
====================================

===================================

Rg though was given a golden parachute and this
was also noted by myself from SEC reports.
===================

=======================
Even if all his options were exercised from
this golden parachute, Gordon based on post Affinity
acquisition shares counts has less than 8% ownership
of the company. Both Bruss and Roix both have
significantly more shares, and certainly enough shares
to show Gordon the door which has occurred.
Bruss majority ownership is clearly defined in the
SEC documents, Roix's ownership has yet to be documented
and I too am waiting for the S-8 for the Affinity
acquisition.

(For all the goof balls out there- "options"
give the buyer the "option to buy" shares at a set
price. If that price is above the current market
price those option shares are essentially "worthless"
because there is no reason to pay significantly more than
the market price, thus Gordon's options at $1.20
are essentially worthless and couldn't all vest
immediately anyway).

Thus in short, you're wrong TG.
Gordon is NOT the owner and Gordon
does not own more stock than anyone.
He doesn't call the shots, and metaphorically
he has been shot out the door by the
owners of the company Roix and Bruss.

Check the SEC filings pertaining to beneficial
ownership for yourself since
you claim to be so diligent with your "dd".

This posts of yours' to which I'm responding
is way way mistaken (ie. wrong) as has been your
understanding as to what the company actually does.
