El-- a portion of neutral is built in,,, when he actually says it after the mtg we may see some movement,, we used to get movement when he spoke but that was when there was belief complete senility had not yet set in,, few believe that now. .25 is probable in Jan,, Feb at the latest.. the big question is what to dip into on the possible/probable pop. I'm thinking a tad of intc, ariba, and still looking for a couple more tads...
