I'm a little more optimistic in that I think we may be a little range bound for quite a long while rather then have the bottom drop totally out.

What does our little artist think?

Thats pretty darn bearish. When I see bearish talk like that I get a little more optimistic.;-)

Oil prices are coming down and we still have a new technology that is reducing cost in many business. This technology is also reducing the price of labor and increasing production.
I don't think we will get a recession if the FED steps in. Mentality is everything in the business world and if the FED can lower interest rates quickly it will release some capital spending, especially in the risk capital markets.
WE are still in the first inning of this new technology in my opinion and have not yet begun to scratch the surface of what it can do to our lives.

Its up to the FED now to see if we make it to the second inning.
