But I'd argue that the duality is considered by propositions 1 - 3 inclusive. These notions of philosophy can be independently observed by rational people. One of his most astute , yet plainly simple observations of the earthly life of man , was that our very existence found us wading and bathed continuously in a sea of blood. One of the chief challenges of every group of human beings , was to come to terms with the aspect that one's own survival , was always depending on the continuous slaughter of fellow creatures.
