This would be funny, if it wasn't funny.

What's the problem today Qcom? I'm watching PALM on Boston-02 and the best bid & ask are almost 1/2 a point away from where the trades are taking place..... And my FREE RT broker quotes confirm you're not with the game again today...

Can anyone recommend another comparable service out there?

I can't log in to QCharts this morning with either my new or old password, can log on to the web site but can't change my password, and have been on hold seemingly forever. Easily 25 minutes so far.

Since I'm not terribly active, I can grudgingly live with the frequent problems in data, but not this.

Edit: Total hold time was 41 minutes. Was told there was an unexplained "Hold" on my account but the rep removed it and told me if it still doesn't work, I need to call tech support.

It still doesn't work. The tech support number is busy.

Lovely.

Regards,

SI Admin (Bob)

Edit: PS. Play that lame easy-listening piano stuff in my ear a dozen more times this morning. Please.

I was just made aware that the password changes that were emailed to many of our clients have now taken affect. Any clients that were sent an email with a new password, MUST use that new password to log into QCharts, our website, and any other area on the Lycos Network.

I have logged in successfully today with both my old password and the new password sent by e-mail. Can you explain why this is happening? I have some security concerns when multiple passwords exist for the same user ID.
