Thanks for the quick response. Do you know what time? It is one thing to say one will not accept votes that have been "switched" and another to not simply be forced to realize one has been elected against ones heartfelt sense of fairness. <g>

In 51 sessions across the nation Monday (including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.), electors in each state will convene to cast their votes. Illinois is the first state to meet, starting at 9 a.m. ET, with meetings running throughout the day.
Most sessions are open to the press, but in some states, the electors vote by secret ballot — although they have the option of simply announcing which candidate they have voted for.
Regardless of any public announcements made by electors, all 538 votes will be sent to the U.S. Congress, which will tally them on Jan. 6...."

It sounds like this won't necessarily be settled this year.
