Hey Invictus... I'm on here now although this connection is awful. Looks like it's running at 16.8 and is taking awhile to post. Seems to run for about 10 mins then have to reconnect.

Sounds cold back there. House sitter called to give us the critter/animal report and, likewise, said it was bitter cold and windy down south of you a bit.

Buy some EXTR and BEAS this week. Check the June ITM calls on both, especially BEAS. Not bad.

Hola Dude: Mrs. RR said u been ringing the phone, probably to check to see if I still have my head.

Was gone all afternoon with business stuff and missed all the action until after the close. Came in and found out what the Fed did (didn't do) and then FDRY warning which pulled down EXTR. Wow.

I survived. Cash been my 2nd or 3rd highest position for 6 weeks or so as I mentioned on here last week, ever since I shifted style to closer in positions and tighter stops.

I did get stopped out of every position today. That's the benefit of having a plan. It executed when I wasn't even here. Did what it was suppose to do.... protect capital.

This market is nasty and can hand you your head on a platter. Be careful. Been there many times.

Reality checks are sometimes good, certainly humbling....

Warnings won't stop unfortunately. Didn't the Fed say they would cut in 30 days? Let's see now.... what hasn't been taken out and shot?

Hang tough. You're a LTBH investor, so sit back and relax.
You're in quality techs, so you'll be ok down the road.

I see opportunities, however. I'll continue to play the volatility but now will be looking harder at establishing at least some call positions 6 months out like I use to. In the meantime, I'll play the closer in and churn the positions. After I study some charts and news tonight, I'll be jumping back in the market tomorrow. I won't even look back on today. Been there, done that, and I will win again.
