I look for a large negative number on the tick to indicate capitulation. It hasn't gotten to extreme levels yet indicating capitulation. As I said in an earlier post, I have entertained the idea of a rolling sector capitulation, but I don't believe it at this point.

I believe that the fed will react slowly and will telegraph the move. I believe that the fed telegraphed a neutral bias, not a cut.

My views on the risk in the market and the lack of capitulation are simply that...views. I have been wrong through most of this pullback, if anything, my negativity can be seen as a capitulation of sorts. But I still believe that the long term outlook of the economy and market is positive.

I do believe that this news may fuel a rally.
