Usually, one or two roses will bloom at this time of the year. Last year, I had a red one for my birthday. The year b4 it was yellow. My birthday is right around Christmas. This year it is to cold for them to bloom. I thought roses liked water. someone tried to tell me they didn't need that much. This summer will definitely be a "rose summer" cuz I'm going to get them up and going! Gosh! I didn't think it would be so much trouble! Last summer, I had to concentrate on another area of the yard which is under control now. We need to work on the back as well. Makes me tired to think about it. Do you have a favorite rose? I need to look for another climber but we don't have the trellis for it yet. Did you go to disney in Orlando or LA?
