This year is the year to push Asics for appliances. Previously asic designer did not understand appliance functions. Now that cooking by infusion is understood to be steam cooking; the lids has a tiny hole of 3/16 to 1/4" diameter. the liquid temperature is controlled by steam table used by mechanical engineers. The electrical input has to be timed, and the temperature should get to maximum then cut back to minimum to maintain steam pressure coming out of the hole. Asics can be programmed based on size of the meal and amount of liquid added. Good luck, SEMI. Hit all the well known manufacturers of appliances.
