Hey Dax, have you seen the IPO market lately? Me neither. It's virtually nonexistent and the best guess of Stayhealthy's management and advisers is that this market environment may persist throughout much of next year. Those deals that are getting done are at low multiples, and Stayhealthy's minimal revenues to date make it a poor IPO candidate in a marketplace that is unfriendly to unproven "concept companies." A buyout or merger is now much more likely for Stay, IMO. I'm disappointed too, but after 8 months of this "new reality" I'm trying to be realistic and honest.
