08:36 ET Terayon Comm (TERN) : expects revenues in fourth quarter 2000 to be in the range of $60 to $63 million, below its previous internal forecasts. Puts Q4 loss at $0.46-$0.49
08:40 ET Terayon Comm (TERN) 13 9/16: -- Update -- Stock tumbles to $8 1/4 in pre-market.

No surprise. The company has been erecting a house of cards for so long it may have set a world record.

Incidentally, for those who haven't followed TERN, this is the company George Gilder's been touting as the next QCOM. Carve another notch in your belt, George.

CMTO's last Q was at 60 M.
It will be interesting to see next Q's revenue.
Right now we are suffering from this TERN news.
If we see any seq. growth for CMTO next Q,
the comparisons with TERN will come back again...
TERN has 65.89 M shares outs. while CMTO has 24.63 M shares outs.
Prices are about equal at the moment at 5 something.

We'll see !
Cheers,
Francois
