Mag, the Justice Department is down there looking, but if Janet Reno doesn't do something b4 she leaves office, I think the whole mess will be covered up until reporters or others break the silence.

From everything that I've read and seen on tv, many black voters were not allowed to vote. From what I can tell, the response from the Florida Elections Board is, "well, we are really sorry but these things happen."

Try to take in the tv news and, at some point, you may hear people tell you what happened to them.

I may send E-Mail to an old friend of ours who lives in Florida and ask him what's going on.

What's interesting is that Al Gore didn't take up the case of the voters who were not allowed to vote. I suspect it was because he knew it would be a long-drawn out process and he didn't want to put the country though it.
