All these so called analysts think they know the company better than the people who run the companies. All they do is downgrade the stock and then accumulate the shares much cheaper. I still think that Scott McNelly should come out and say that they are on track like NT did last week.

RE:"Why no pre-warning by SUNW? I would like to know, if business is slowing down that much why not stem the tide of mis-knowledge or non-knowledge by making a pre-announcement about the next quarter?"

If SUNW hasn't warned then why did the stock drop in half?
Where are these downgrading analysts getting their information. Are they shooting in the dark?

BTW, these warnings (from the companies) seem to come right out of the blue now that the full disclosure law is in effect and the analysts down get them first and sell the stocks while we wonder whats going on behind the scenes. It will take the markets a while to get used to this.

If SUNW hasn't warned then there is a good chance they are on track because not warning when they should would create some bad circumstance for SUN management.
