I know -- they warned.

Yes.

I know.

I think the action on EMC is startling. Violent move on Friday that, to me, portends more violence.

The FED rally will play out exactly like the Busch rally.

The drunken bulls will buy it thinking a rate cut or a change of stance will actually make a difference.

But much like the Busch rallies, they will soon find out it doesn't make a damn bit of difference.

Say the FED even does a drastic 1% cut, are lenders going to be jumping up and down to loan the CLEC's and ISP's money? What about the overextended consumers? Hell, even if they cut the rates to 0%, who the hell has the credit quality to deserve a loan?

The bottom line is at this point of the game it doesn't matter what the FED does. The game is already over. The drunken bulls will soon find this out. For us, it's just another rally to short into.
