Ok, I don't think it should do it. YHOO is an Internet destination. While Disney World may have promotional deals with airlines that doesn't mean they should buy airlines so that they could own both the destination and the means of getting there. The ISP business is fundamentally a utility business, which is why it is a natural adjunct for cable companies and telcos. Trying to compete in this arena would represent a terrible loss of focus for YHOO.

Holding up AOL-TWX as an example to be emulated seems a bit premature. Let's see how successful the combined entity really can be before jumping to conclusions.
