Very well put, Ted. This is probably the sort of analysis that Stayhealthy management is doing right now. From what I've heard, based upon the reported current level of interest in Stay on the part of pharmaceutical companies, the BC1's ability to accurately measure hydration levels may indeed be the "holy grail" for them. The increasing public focus on body fat, mostly through the rather useless BMI measurement, also bodes well for consumer sales of the BC1. John Collins told me that, although it wasn't exactly a direct route, Stayhealthy has arrived at the confluence of several huge markets and is almost perfectly situated at present. Their challenge is to pursue all possible avenues, both for the business and with regard to an exit strategy for all of us, and to make the best choices in a constantly shifting business and financial market environment.

Shareholder sentiment and support is an important factor in the Board's decision-making process. Many of us are in need of some liquidity, at least psychologically, and I think management feels that pressure as well. I think forthcoming press releases will restore people's confidence, patience, and faith in the company to make the right decisions, and I'd be interested to read others' hopes and expectations as developments are announced over the next week or two. -Eric
