Are you that slow that you must be spoon fed the information? Can you not understand the gist of the story? I'll slow down a few decibels for you. But this is the last time I do it, for you are a complete waste of time. Part of the initial discussion was that I was unable to provide a link to a story I had heard on the radio here. In the last story I posted, I emphasized the words GAG ORDER. The point being, which was also raised by others in the original discussion, is that not everything is written in the mainstream press. There are incidents that happen which we never hear about because they may not be compatible with "agenda" of the press. Now that was the point before you once again spurted out with your tasteless venom. It wasn't a gay vs hetero issue. So pay attention next time. Have a nice day. Two male students said their teacher exposed her breasts to them. The incident alledgedly happened last week during the teacher's planning period. Class was not in session and the two young boys were the only ones in the room. The teacher is in her third year and has been placed on administrative leave. Walker County Superintendent Dr. Harvey Sanford said the incidents have been investigated internally and has been turned over to the School Board's attorney for further investigation. The teacher's name has not been released but she will remain on administrative leave pending a hearing. Superintendent Sanford said the School Board's ultimate concern is the welfare of the students.

The woman faces a disciplinary hearing after one of the pupils reported the 'punishment' to his parents, reports the Herald. The boy claimed he was asked to choose between suckling the teacher's breasts or receiving 100 strokes of the cane for being noisy. The boy chose to suckle the teacher's breasts, as did 14 others, according to the newspaper. The headmaster of the Harare school summoned the teacher to respond to the allegations. The teacher allegedly admitted forcing the children to suckle her breasts but could not give reasons why she had done so. Harare provincial education director Tomax Doba confirmed the incident and said that his office had been furnished with a report from the school. "We received a report from the school and the report says it happened. We have already advised them to make a police report and the teacher is likely to face child abuse charges," Mr Doba said.

Elizabeth Stow, 26, was free on bail after being arrested Monday on suspicion of having sex with three boys. A superintendent for the Tulare school system said Stow resigned from her job at Tulare Western High School after the arrest. Stow is the second teacher arrested for allegedly having sex with students. Brad Smith, 24, is standing trial now on seven counts of having sex with female students, several of whom were students he taught at Tulare Union High School. Tulare is located in an agricultural area in central California.

In the calls, Debra LaFave (search) speaks with the boy about the affair they were allegedly having and the student expresses concerns that the middle school teacher might be pregnant. Police were also releasing DNA evidence as part of the public record of the case.' LaFave, speaking in a childish voice, asks the boy, "Are you OK?" The victim says, "I'm a little worried." Most of the victim's portion of the tape is inaudible, but a discussion about condom use follows. Toward the end, LaFave tells the student, "I don't want you lying to your mom" and then asks him to make a "pinky promise." LaFave repeats her request and the boy agrees and after being asked, says, "Pinky promise." The following is a partial transcript of the tapes made available to FOX News: Boy: I'm a little worried though... LaFave: Why? Boy: I just didn't want to get you pregnant or anything. I was just thinking about it ... how we've had sex about three times and I should've used like a condom or something LaFave: Ewww, you're being weird Boy: So what time are you planning on heading over? Boy: yes Mike Sinacor, the prosecutor in the case, told FOX News that the calls — said to be made by the boy at the request of authorities probing the allegations — could be useful in determining LaFave's state of mind. LaFave is expected to use the insanity defense when the case goes to trial in April. Her attorney said that two doctors have evaluated the 24-year-old over the past several months and have also examined medical records. Attorney John Fitzgibbons said she had some "profound emotional issues that are not her fault." LaFave was arrested in June on charges of committing lewd or lascivious battery (search) on a person younger than 16. She faces similar charges in Marion County. LaFave has been suspended from her teaching job and her husband filed for divorce in August.

Georgianne Harrell, 24, was indicted last month on 24 charges of child molestation and reckless conduct. Her attorney entered the plea on her behalf and waived her right to an arraignment Tuesday. Harrell cut her wrists with broken glass in front of her class at Holley Elementary School, according to the indictment. Authorities also say she performed oral sex on a 9-year-old boy in her classroom, let students peek down her blouse and talked to some of the children about sexual matters. Between August 2004 and May, authorities claim she abused a total of 7 students. She has resigned from the school. If convicted on all charges, she could receive maximum sentences ranging up to hundreds of years, prosecutors said.
