What are the planned changes to vers 4.0.12? In particular, are there any plans to enhance data retrieval from the T&S window?

This is of course adressed to people who make the decisions in your organization and not to you fellows who have the burden of dealing with these sorts of comments and are doing your best. Hope you will pass this on up the line to whoever makes the key decisions with the request that they give a much better explanation as to where the problem lies and provide a solution to it.
