What are the planned changes to vers 4.0.12? In particular, are there any plans to enhance data retrieval from the T&S window?

From network update to which you referred:

<<We are currently experiencing bandwidth restriction on our data feed from S&P Comstock, and it's causing a bottleneck that has limited our streaming data services. The data that we receive is prioritized by Comstock based on demand and potential bandwidth consumption. Option and NASDAQ Level
II data are most affected during high volume markets. This process has been in place for over a year.>>

Why does this <<bandwidth restriction>> occur? Comstock's fault? If so why not move to a better data supplier?
Fault of Lycos? Cash shortage for adequate equipment, and/or software and/or software support--due to dotcom woes? Your customers are entitled to get the straight goods as to what is going on.

This is of course adressed to people who make the decisions
in your organization and not to you fellows who have the burden of dealing with these sorts of comments and are doing your best. Hope you will pass this on up the line to whoever makes the key decisions with the request that they give a much better explanation as to where the problem lies and provide a solution to it.
