The positions are offsetting since the puts are DITM. You could actually make money if MSFT were to run back to 70 (don't hold your breath), You'd be able to sell the stock and get a premium for the puts. But since you've got a contract to sell the shares at 70, the only risk would be a collapse of the entire financial system and the CBOE declaring your puts null and void.
