Funny you should mention that, Nigel, For here's a fresh example: siliconinvestor.com NGEN already is pitted against MOT. Think there might even be a third. No wonder this stock is sitting there. Watching the legal expense line of the 10-Qs more closely these days, indeed. And this is another area where cross-licensing could appropriately obviate a trial. Let's hope they're just jockeying for terms. They ought to negotiate 'em soon, blast it, but I'm not counting on that. Cheers, Tuck
