Wayne, the pollution argument is one that makes a lot of sense. Many have long said that corporations do not pay the correct rate to pollute. Of course, if they did pay what clean air and water were worth, many would be out of business. That argument is a big one here in Houston. Our oil cos. are huge polluters, but Texas is friendly to polluters. Now, Houston is being forced by Washington to clean up its act, and they are scared to death to say boo to the worst polluters. So far, we've just built some bike paths 90% of the cars drive in anyway. <g>
