m,

I've used it many times...usually when IE is acting weird. It's a very painless process. It only takes a couple of minutes and will reboot the machine after it's done. I find that if I've had a couple of crashes while I'm on line , IE seems to start acting erratic. That is when I use IE repair...it seems to clear up what ever the problem might have been.

I've also found that when I've had some bugs pop up in Outlook Express...the IE repair sometimes helps clear that up...or so it seems.

I don't run it on a regular basis but after any ie error messages I do. Don't know if it actually works or not but it completes and says it has been successful. If there is an unrepairable problem it will prompt you to run setup again to repair the glitch.
