Net sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2000, increased 226%.. to $14.7 million from $4.5 million for the nine months ended September 30, 1999. Our growth is a result of increased penetration within the network carrier market and improved product offerings. Approximately $1.0 million of this increase was due to the contribution of Jolt Limited's net sales for the period from May 1, 2000 through September 30, 2000 and $1.4 million of this increase was due to the contribution of AstroTerra Corporation's net sales for the period from July 12, 2000 through September 30, 2000. Sales to iTouch Communications, a subsidiary of MRV Communications, for the nine months ended September 30, 2000 were $2.3 million as compared to $1.5 million for the nine months ended September 30, 1999.
