Very good idea.

"However, the SI Jail postings (page) should only be posted-to by SI Management and NOT be opened-up to be a 'circus'."

Maybe just one exception, the offending party could post "ONE" reply in explaination to their action, ie "Sorry was drunk", "I deserve this and will see you all at the end", etc!
