<<Two reasons EBPP isn't taking off as it should>>

<<Reason #1: INTU is charging a hundred bucks (!!) just to set up billpay accounts in Quicken:>>

As long as the set-up service is optional I don't care if they charge $200. INTU has to cover the cost of customer service for the computer challenged somehow. They can either charge the customer who needs the service directly or spread the charge over the entire user base - of which I am one. I vote for the first alternative.

<<Reason #2: Lousy customer support from CKFR:>>

This one I agree is a problem although I'm not sure it's fair to label it a CKFR problem. CKFR and INTU have a history of difficult working relationships which was confirmed at the analysts meeting. You might notice that Quicken supports only about half the CKFR billers available on Yahoo. Why? I don't know, but it sure gives EBP a black eye.

Two more reasons to dump Quicken and move to MS Money:

Reason #1: INTU is charging a hundred bucks (!!!) just to set up billpay accounts in Quicken.

Reason #2: Lousy customer support from Intuit for bill pay setup (INTU is charging $100 for this, not Checkfree).

This is a totally unsatisfactory performance by INTU and CKFR both. If they make it this hard to be a customer, they shouldn't be surprised if they don't have as many customers as they would like.

Comments?

Could I just ask one simple favor? Hillary Clinton is working on an 8 million dollar deal, and has it from what I hear.

I'm working on an 8.2 million dollar deal of my own, could you all pray for me? My goal is not profound wonderment of past happenings, but worth as to the human purpose going forward and the benefit of many..

Still alive?

I'm counting.

I don't care if you own any stocks or not, I'm just wondering.
