No. I find that "off the cuff", he is affable and knowledgable. I think he is a lousy speechmaker, no question. And, being in NH, I was afforded the opportunity to meet him in person. I believe he is more than smart enough for the job. His recent picks for cabinet and choice of Cheney as VP reinforce my comnfort level. JLA
