Poet, I wasn't specifically seeking a vote but rather feedback on how I was seen by the members of this thread. I felt that if I was making a lot of people uncomfortable I would just leave. If I was makeing people uncomfortable I would also like to know specifically what I was doing that would make people uncomfortable. If it was expressing a conservative opinion, then maybe I would just have to leave. If it was something in my tone or manner then I might see where I was being unknowingly impolite or disrespectful and might modify my posting not just here but in other threads as I have no desire to be abusive or attack any one. I don't think I have attacked any person. I have disagreed with their views but I don't think that this constitutes an attack. As for respecting your views as thread moderator the only two things I can think of that you asked was to post less conservative posts and to not ask people for proof of their statements. As far as the first goes I think I have started that. (several posts I may have posted responses to before your PM where either replied to in PM or not at all), and as far as the 2nd - I normally do not post asking for proof of someones statements. I did ask for proof in one case only where the person was asking for me for proof. Since your PM I believe I have refrained from asking anyone for proof. I think I am making at least you (and quite possibly others) uncomfortable or annoyed. If this is truely the case and if there is no way that I can stop from doing this while still participateing activly in this thread then I would just leave. However I did not want to leave based on an assumption of mine that may be inaccurate. That is why I was asking for feedback on if I and how I am makeing people uncomfortable. Tim
