Now some moose meat does have me intrigued. Point of interest, the biggest bulls are the best eating. They don't have to run from anything. I know a guy who had a parka made from moose hide, it was too warm to wear at -50. I've got a 7mm belted magnum you are welcome to use. Does sound like an adventure. Hell, watching someone drag a 1.700 pound moose out of the woods is worth watching. Really, to field dress a moose to move it you use a chainsaw. Put cooking oil in the chain oiler.
