Dear Eric: Thanks for the post. I am just wondering if their are any IT managers on this thread. I would like to know what they think. In my day careful planning went into deciding on and implementing information systems. Usually done over years and not much thought given to the "current" economic conditions. Hard for me to imagin that suddenly everyone would just put things on hold until rates fall or economic conditions improve. Maybe things have changed? JDN
