That just doesn't seem like a plausible explanation for the kind of behavior we've been seeing recently. I can see some enthusiasm being generated from a Bush win but not as much as we've seen and not for the sustained period that we've seen it. I still think there's something lurking in the wings that we'll know when we see it. I wouldn't count on 4G happening any time too soon. 3G is going to be daunting enough for the carriers to roll out. Is that what you meant? Along those lines, I see that Nortel and Sierra Wireless announced something today that is related to the rollout of 3G in Europe in 2002. Nortel is, of course, on the RapidIO steering committee. Given the sharp move up today, I'd expect to see us give most of it back just as quickly, but it does show how far we can move on relatively little volume. I keep hearing that after the 401K money moves into the market in early January that things could continue heading down. I sure hope not, but I don't think the market is going to stop until Webster removes the word "euphoria" from the dictionary.
