Cisco's distribution partners have the option to return excess inventory and receive credits for price changes, which is another area of potential vulnerability for Cisco

CSCO does not recognize revenue of gear shipped to distributors until the distributor sells the gear to an end user. This reduces risk considerably. Do you really need to dig up standard 10-Q verbage to justify your short position? I believe CSCO at $43 speaks volumes of your fortune telling abilities<vbg>
