I think the market has overreacted to the downside as they did to the upside. I have been about 75% cash for a number of months now and have been trading mostly... I never fight the tape. I will say this however. CSCO has not disappointed... has outperformed expectations, has continued to accelerate revenue and earnings, confirmed next quarter and FY01 and yet the stock is trading at 1/2 where it was in March when CSCO said top line growth would be 30%... they've been doing about 60%.... and have been halved. So, while I can talk all day long about a company that has exceeded expectations in every way, I can't explain investor sentiment. Seems like all techs are being shot indiscrimitely.... TO many uninformed investors on the downside... no different than on the upside. One thing is for certain though... you should never fight the tape. OG
