Japan tried that. Didn't work. U.S. in '29 acted quick and it still didn't work. Greenspan worked his magic in '87. So which is it? Japan in '89-90, U.S. in '29-32, or U.S. in '87?

Come on, huge companies are warning in many sectors, not just tech. This isn't about just saving your bubble stocks, this is about saving the whole house of cards.

Perhaps for a short time. They say markets bottom on bad news right? Maybe the Fed doesn't cut and the market bottoms anyway! You never know...
