Antamina capacity is just 2% of current worlds usage. Numbers below taken from ICSG. So 675 million lbs copper is 306,000 tonnes. 306,000 tonnes divided by 15.07 million is 2.03%. It's not that much. World demand should increase by more than 2%.

Global copper usage will likely rise 6.4 percent to about
15.07 million tons this year, outpacing output, expected to grow
2.1 percent to 14.73 million tons, the Lisbon-based ICSG said.
