I don't reall care to much about the management. Because the big boys do thing that I can't really understand sometimes. I follow the bottom line. Earnings, if they don't beat estimates then I don't own the stock. Meeting estimates is like owning mcdonalds or gillette. They sit and only go up 15% a year. Big deal. These companies must beat the street every single time. AVNX will do this again and again.
