If we get no move to at least neutral by the Fed. your synopsis has merit.

If we get a move to neutral by the Fed. the market reacts initially to the negative side but then begins to solidify by Thursday or Friday because the Houses and powers that be can begin to see an easing future.

If we get a .25 cut in interest rates tomorrow we rally between 150 and 200 on Naz.
