Really? Roe v Wade was 5-4. In fact many important decisions of the Court have been 5-4 long before the Rehnquist years. These objections based upon some notion of conservative judicial activism are the height of hypocrisy. I've read the entire decision and while I believe reasonable minds may disagree, I find no fault with the opinion of the majority. The USSC is there to decide such matters and decide they did. JLA
