Well I hope they do rally it 500 at least I would know to go short.

I recently overlayed a chart of the Japanese bubble (1990) top over the Naz and it is really something to behold. It took them approx 4 1/2 years to go from 10k to 40k and it took us about the same time to go from 1k to 5k. When you look at the early stages of their sell off it pretty well mirrors what we are seeing in the naz.

at what level could the NAZ(or the SnP for that matter) possibly be considered severely undervalued?

If fair value is in the range of 1000 to 1300 on the Naz, then half of that would be 500 to 650. Is 50% undervalued severe?
