Mr. Epstein.. would that I had policy decisions under my control and if I did I still think you are obliged to know when your renewal dates comes up. The fact that they took off only one month and did not charge you the entire sum is nice enough. Other financial site services distinctly say WE GIVE NO REFUNDS. I think people are entitled to get refunds and you got yours. Maybe you should write down dates. I do ;-) I am not the complaint department. It is pristine.com

Yes, I also was surprised to see a posting from Pristine without receiving an email that I had been charged. I, too, am not renewing, and I will protest any charge levied. I forwarded your post to Pristine, because they should be advising people as they post charges.
